 Use the Your Parcels drop down menu if you want to restrict the results to people who have visited your land.
Use the Visted From and Visted To fields to restrict the results to people who have either visited your land, or been captured between these dates.
Use the DOB From and DOB To fields to select the desired age of your recipients
Use Exclude Previous to restrict the results to only people who you have not previously transmitted to.
Once you have made your selection hit the search button, once you are happy with the results, enter in the number of people that you would like to transmit to, and then type your message in the broadcast message box, once your message exceeds 55 characters you will be able to hit the broadcast button to begin sending your messages.
Due to SL limitations, your broadcaster will only send 2500 IM's per hour.
